You can influence the negotiations of collective agreements regarding your own wage and employment conditions through your negotiators from the Dental Association. You have a direct impact on collective results sent to the ballot.

 
Legal assistance

 
You can get specific legal support in all matters to do with your employment conditions, i.e.  employment, dismissal, official reprimands and individual wage negotiations.

You are entitled to support regarding cases in your municipality in the event of long-term illness, i.e. in cases regarding reduced-hours jobs or early retirement.
You can get career counselling

 
You can get feedback on your resume and job applications.
Insurance As a member of the Dental Association you have the opportunity - via the security initiatives - to purchase insurance with appropriate coverage and competitive prices such as:

- Group life and critical illness
- Supplementary pension
- Health insurance
- Disability insurance with vocational disability (i.e. you get coverage if you lose the ability to work as a dentist). Note that the disability insurance is voluntary for publicly employed dentists.
- Private insurance, such as private property, accident and car insurance
